Inglis Care Management

The Inglis Care Management team of healthcare professionals works with consumers so they have a better understanding how to use the healthcare system. We're here to train and support you in finding and receiving the necessary care and services for your specialized needs. If you are over the age of 18, have a physical disability and live independently, Inglis Care Management can help you find and receive medical care and social services so you don't have to give up your independence.

Inglis Care Management is now a supports coordination provider for the Medicaid Home and Community-Based Waiver Program. If you have a physical disability and a limited income, you may qualify for the Independence or OBRA Waiver. Now you can choose Inglis Care Management to be your supports coordination provider.

Inglis Care Management can help you coordinate your own care in the following areas:

Red Arrow Information and referral sources
Red Arrow Medical services
Red Arrow Attendant care
Red Arrow Job training and support
Red Arrow Transportation
Red Arrow Social services
Red Arrow Power wheelchairs and other medical equipment
Red Arrow Adult day programs
Red Arrow Nursing home services
Red Arrow Emergency assistance
Red Arrow Medical care funding sources and referrals

Inglis Care Management also features the Exploring Access to Services for Independence (EASI) community resource data base. It provides prompt and efficient matching of community-based service providers to consumer needs. Containing over 2,900 resources, the data base is the first of its kind specifically designed for people with physical disabilities in the Philadelphia area.
