Our iMatch interview process — designed by staff and Inglis consumers — gives you the opportunity to learn in depth about the position you’re interested in, and to demonstrate your skills and qualifications. iMatch includes a group discussion with other candidates, a tour and the opportunity to talk with an Inglis consumer, skills lab demonstrations and a one-on-one discussion session with a staff member and consumer.
