The Inglis Care Management team of healthcare professionals works with consumers so they have a better understanding how to use the healthcare system. We're here to train and support you in finding and receiving the necessary care and services for your specialized needs. If you are between the agess of 18-60, have a physical disability, are of low income, and live independently, Inglis Care Management can help you find and receive medical care and social services so you don't have to give up your independence.
