Implements the clinical and technical aspects of resident care through monitoring to meet the daily individual needs of residents. Works within the framework of the Inglis House mission and values, emphasizing a team approach. The LPN is responsible for passing medication, performing treatments, evaluating effectiveness of interventions as well as documenting care issues in accordance with Inglis House policies and procedures. Assists with direct care when indicated and utilizes universal precautions and all other safety procedures. Current State of Pennsylvania licensure as a Practical Nurse is required along with demonstrated experience in long-term care.

RN (Pool), Inglis House
Works with Respiratory Therapists, Nurse Practitioners, Physicians and LPN's in providing care to residents on specified unit. Assesses residents daily for clinical, physical and emotional status and documents findings appropriately. Maintains adequate resident airways by suctioning, providing trachea care. Provides and maintains adequate nutrition and hydration by tube feedings. Provides appropriate interventions as ordered. Documents all pertinent information. Gives direction to LPN's and CNA's. Participates in Plan of Care. Assists in all areas of documentation. Current State of Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Nurse is required along with a minimum of one year medical/ surgical or long-term care experience. Effective organizational and people skills a must.

Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator (RNAC)
Inglis House has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Registered Nurse Assessment Coordinator to work in a dynamic environment where the focus is providing the best possible care to younger adults with physical disabilities. As an RNAC at Inglis House, you will be responsible for Medicare and Medicaid audits for the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and care plan to ensure accuracy, comprehensiveness and timeliness; all MDS tracking and submission; maintaining up-to-date knowledge and database on MDS and care plan regulations; and coordinating plan of care meetings and MDS process for plan of care team, residents and families. If you have a current license in Pennsylvania as a registered nurse and an RNAC certification, or working towards completion of RNAC certification, a minimum of 3 – 5 years of RNAC experience, and a proven track record in leading groups on SOS system, please contact us.

Occupational Therapist
Keeping younger adults with physical disabilities as independent as possible is the main objective of the Inglis House rehabilitation program. We have an opening for an Occupational Therapist to join our rehabilitation team. The Occupational Therapist will be responsible for the evaluation and treatment planning and implementation in accordance with physicians’ prescription, and fulfilling equipment needs for residents. The Occupational Therapist will also be responsible for staff training as it relates to resident program, in addition to training students and O.T. Aide. If you have a Bachelor of Science Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university, 1 – 2 years experience as an Occupational Therapist, and a current Occupational Therapist licensure in Pennsylvania, please contact us.

Nursing Supervisor (3-11 and 11-7 shift)
(Inglis House) – Providing the best possible care so that younger adults with physical disabilities may be as independent as possible is what Inglis House is all about. We have exciting opportunities for experienced nursing supervisors to join our diverse nursing team to direct and coordinate the work of the nursing staff to ensure the effective utilization of personnel and required resident care. As a nursing supervisor, on either the 3pm – 11pm or the 11pm – 7am shift, you will also be responsible for making rounds to evaluate employee performance and nursing care being provided, offering nursing care when particular expertise is needed, supervising nursing staff units on assigned shift, and occasionally performing duties of administrative supervision. If you have a current Pennsylvania licensure as a registered nurse, one year medical/surgical or long-term care experience and at least three years supervisory experience, we want to hear from you.

Social Services Care Manager
Inglis Care Management is looking for a full-time social worker to assist people with physical disabilities as they move from an institutional setting to independent living. Key responsibilities include assisting and training clients in find ing and securing necessary care and supports, acting as liaison between client and other agencies to ensure successful transition, and conducting assessments and follow-up. If you have a Master's Degree in Social Work, at least 3 - 5 years experience and preferably an LCSW certificate, we want to hear from you.
