VP, Chief Integrity Officer
As Vice President and Chief Integrity Officer, Karen collaborates with the Board, CEO and senior team to ensure that Inglis operates with the highest standards of integrity and transparency. Karen guides compliance with Federal, State and regional regulatory requirements, establishes processes to monitor performance, identifies potential risks and responds to any consumer, staff or family member concerns.
Karen joined Inglis in 2008 as Director of Quality Improvement and was promoted to Executive Director of Community Support Services in 2010. In this role, she directed community based services, including the Inglis Day Program, care management and community employment programs, and the Inglis Community Advisory Committee. Karen was promoted to her current position of Vice President in 2014.
Karen came to Inglis from NHS Human Services, where she held progressively responsible positions in counseling and the administration of quality improvement and compliance programs. She began her career as a therapist, providing counseling to children and adults with a wide range of behavioral health concerns. Karen is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, and the University of Pennsylvania School of Social Work.
