Inglis cannot verify every claim made by a third party contributor to our Website and is not responsible for the authenticity of those claims.

Inglis collects personal information from users who create Tribute Pages and from users who make online donations through this Website.  By using this Tribute Page to raise contributions in your own name, or in honor or memory of the Honoree, you agree that you have discussed with the Honoree, the Honoree's family or legal representative, your intentions to raise money for Inglis in that individual's name or memory, and the Honoree, or Honoree's family or legal representative, approves of this endeavor. You understand that Inglis will use all monies collected on this Tribute Page toward charitable purposes at Inglis. All funds donated will be dispersed directly to Inglis and will not be used for any other purpose. Disbursement of funds will not be directed by or to you, the Honoree or the Honoree's family. All funds raised under the Tribute Page shall solely benefit Inglis.

By using Inglis’ Tribute Pages, you represent, that you are solely responsible for all permissions, use of another’s name, copyright clearance on all content posted on the website including but not limited to photos, text, videos, graphics, personal profiles and protected health information and that no such content will be libelous, defamatory or inappropriate in any manner and that you have obtained all necessary authorizations. You agree to restrict information placed on this Tribute Page solely to fundraising activity, using the minimal information required to accomplish your goal. Information, ideas or opinions posted by users of the website do not necessarily reflect the views of Inglis and Inglis does not take any responsibility for the accuracy of any information, ideas or opinions posted by users.

You agree that any claim or dispute relating to the Website or your use or reliance on this Website and the Terms and Conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without regard to its conflict of laws or provisions. The parties agree to be bound and shall be subject to the exclusive venue and jurisdiction of the local, state or federal courts.

Inglis may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice. The modified Terms and Conditions will be effective upon posting on the Inglis Website.
