Limited Guarantee & Return Policy

Inglis Drink-Aide® is committed to providing quality products and services to our customers. Customer satisfaction is our top priority. Inglis’ return policy was established for the safety and satisfaction of our customers.

Limited Guarantee:

  1. Inglis guarantees the Drink-Aide® to be free from defects in material and workmanship.  Inglis agrees to repair or replace any part of a Drink-Aide® that does not function properly, upon receipt of the order. This guarantee does not cover damage or defect due to misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper installation by the customer, or use other than that intended or recommended by Inglis in its presentation and instructions.
  2. Upon receipt of a defective product, customers must contact Inglis Drink-Aide® within five business days to arrange for repair and/or replacement.

Return, Refund, and Exchange:

  1. The Inglis Drink-Aide® is shipped to the customer in a sealed, clear plastic package. An Inglis Drink-Aide® may be returned for a refund of the full purchase price or an equal exchange as long as the product is returned in the unopened, clear plastic package in which it was shipped.  
  2. If requesting a refund or exchange, the customer must detail the reason for the request. Inglis will honor requests for the refund for the following reasons:
    1. Product not as described: such issues should be reported to Inglis Drink-Aide® customer service within 30 days from the date customer receives product. Clear evidence must be provided proving that the purchased product is not as it is described on the Inglis website and other Inglis marketing materials.
    2. Non-delivery of the product: due to national and international mailing/shipping and customs issues, the customer might not receive delivery. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to Inglis Drink-Aide® customer service within 30 days from purchase date. Otherwise the product will be considered received.
  3. Refunds are issued only to the original purchaser. Refunds will be provided in the form of a credit to the credit/charge card used for purchase or an Inglis check. Inglis is unable to refund shipping costs for the original purchase or for the return shipment to Inglis.
  4. No refunds will be issued for under $25.00. A credit balance will be applied to future purchases made within 180 days. 


Inglis does not bear any responsibility, and therefore will not satisfy any refund, return, or exchange requests based on incompatibility of the Inglis Drink-Aide® cup holder mount and clamp with third-party wheelchairs or other equipment.
