Conference COVID Guidelines

 

We aim to make our conference a safe and inclusive event to attend and understand the valid concerns of COVID-19 and continue to offer a virtual option.  Should you choose to wear a mask, they will be available at the registration tables throughout the conference.  Please remain respectful and honor each person’s choice. If you have any of these symptoms below, we ask that you contact us and have your registration changed to virtual or transferred to another person.  

 

Symptoms and Exposure Checklist  

People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported – ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Anyone can have mild to severe symptoms. Possible symptoms include:  

  • Fever or chills 
  • Cough 
  • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing 
  • Fatigue 
  • Muscle or body aches 
  • Headache 
  • New loss of taste or smell 
  • Sore throat 
  • Congestion or runny nose 
  • Nausea or vomiting 
  • Diarrhea
