MossRehab Aphasia Center

MossRehab Aphasia Center meets the long-term communication and psychosocial needs of people affected by aphasia — a physical disability (usually the result of a brain injury due to stroke or accident) that affects a person’s ability to speak, write, read and comprehend speech. Aphasia Center clients find information and peer support, and participate in cutting edge research and in out-patient therapy. The Aphasia Activity Center helps clients regain their communication skills through a variety of group classes and by using state-of-the-art technology including MossTalkWords®, an innovative software gram developed by MossRehab’s researchers and clinicians.
