Kristen A. Rantanen

Kristen joined Inglis in 2023 as Chief Advancement Officer. In this role, she leads marketing communications, development, government relations, and advocacy strategies to advance Inglis’ strategic priorities and growth goals aligned with its mission.
She is a mission-driven strategic communications executive with a passion for storytelling. Kristen has a demonstrated record of success in developing large-scale marketing campaigns, improving brand awareness, elevating key company initiatives and securing critical funding for key programs.
Prior to Inglis, Kristen spent over 20 years at JEVS Human Services as Senior Vice President, Communications and Public Affairs. She began her human services career in adult literacy and workforce development, holding several communications, development and policy positions at Philadelphia Works, Inc. and Community Women’s Education Project in the Kensington neighborhood in Philadelphia.
