In addition to ETO (earned time off), and holidays,  health benefits are a key component of our total compensation package. Inglis provides a comprehensive health plan, with contributions made by both the organization and the employee.

Employees have the opportunity to review and update their benefit elections annually during our open enrollment period, which typically takes place in late May to early June.

Union‑Represented Employees
Inglis employees who are members of 1199C receive their benefits through the union, with the exception of Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are eligible for the health benefits provided directly by Inglis.
