Our Story

Integrity and Compliance

Our Integrity and Compliance Programs are an essential part of Inglis' commitment to an ethical work environment.

These programs set forth our standards of proper legal, ethical, and professional behavior. They also describe how Inglis employees, service recipients, their families, volunteers, and vendors can communicate any legal, ethical, or quality concerns so they may be swiftly resolved.

Inglis encourages you to discuss any concerns or issues with the appropriate member of management. However, if you have concerns about such issues as service and care, confidentiality, theft, security, equal employment opportunity violations, finances and billing, or you do not feel that your concerns have been addressed, you can report them to our toll-free, confidential Compliance Line at 1-866-368-1902 — 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The Compliance Line allows you to report your concerns anonymously.

Concerns may also be registered by following this direct link to the Compliance Hotline system

A report will be provided to the Chief Quality & Compliance Officer of Inglis for investigation and resolution. You will be provided with a report identification number and a call back date in order to obtain general resolution information.  Specific details regarding the outcome of the investigation are not provided due to confidentiality and privacy requirements.
