Neighborhood Clinical Leader

The primary purpose of the Neighborhood Clinical Leader (NCL) position is to utilize nursing knowledge and assessment skills in the development and implementation of individualized nursing care plans to ensure that customer needs and all applicable regulations are met. The Neighborhood Clinical Leader will also assist in the orientation and supervision of clinical staff, attend to the daily operations of assigned neighborhoods and assume a leadership role. The Neighborhood Clinical Leader is responsible for ensuring the continual delivery of high quality nursing care by adopting and implementing innovative nursing practices to improve our facility. In addition, the Neighborhood Clinical Leader partners with the Neighborhood Life Leader to develop processes, set goals, and evaluate results to support neighborhood operations. 

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

In addition to the necessary skills and experience to perform the responsibilities outlined above, there are a number of traits that a successful candidate will possess.  

  • Active licensed Pennsylvania RN
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from an accredited institution, OR 5 years management experience in a skilled nursing facility
  • 3 years of long-term care management experience required
  • 2 years of acute care experience preferred
  • Current CPR/BLS required
  • Certification in Wound Care is preferred
  • Certification in Infusion Therapy (Peripheral and Central Lines) is preferred
