GivingTuesday

Watch your impact grow this GivingTuesday!

On Tuesday, December 2nd, your GivingTuesday gift will bring new life to the beloved Inglis House resident garden. With your support, we’ll build wheelchair-friendly raised beds and add accessible outdoor instruments—including pentatonic chimes and a marimba—creating a space where residents can connect, create, and find joy in every season. Every donation, big or small, makes a lasting impact.

The Inglis House garden brings residents together—nurturing plants, friendships, and a sense of community.

Accessible gardens offer proven therapeutic benefits for people with disabilities, improving mobility, strength, stress levels, and overall well-being through adaptable activities like raised beds and vertical gardens. They also create welcoming social spaces where residents can gather, connect, and soon— enjoy a new music and sound garden.

Wheelchair-friendly outdoor instruments—like this marimba—will offer residents new ways to engage, create, and connect.

Your Support Matters

This GivingTuesday, your gift will help revitalize the Inglis House resident garden into a fully accessible, year-round, multi-sensory oasis for all.

Our total project goal: $15,430

Your generosity will help provide:

  • Accessible raised garden beds and a vertical garden to support therapeutic gardening for residents of all abilities

  • A music & sound garden, featuring pentatonic chimes and a marimba, designed for relaxation, creativity, and joyful sensory engagement

  • Indoor & outdoor garden upkeep, including soil, seeds, new plants, adaptive tools, decorations, and wheelbarrows to keep the space vibrant in every season

Every gift, at any level, helps this garden bloom — thank you for your generosity!
