Charles E. Moore
Senior Director, Information Technology
As the Senior Director of Information Technology, Charles is responsible for the overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT infrastructure functions at the main campus, as well as influencing operations at remote sites. This includes directing all IT technology operations and development of new technical solutions to meet customer requirements. In addition, he partners with the Senior Director of Help Desk and Applications to support and maintain software applications. Charles is Inglis’ “ambassador of technology.”
In addition, Charles is responsible for building and managing a scalable IT infrastructure that evolves with the changing needs of Inglis. He develops and implements the policies and procedures that protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic protected health information by adhering to the technical requirements of HIPAA/HITECH standards and assuring all appropriate administrative, physical and technical safeguards are met.
Charles came to Inglis in November of 2008. He studied Electrical Engineering at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to Inglis, Charles worked in financial and manufacturing sectors on network engineering, desktops and IT operations.
