Ali Stroker wins Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical

Powerhouse actress and singer, Ali Stroker, broke barriers and made history as the first wheelchair user to win a Tony Award for her incredible performance as Ado Annie in Rodgers & Hammerstein's OKLAHOMA!  She was was also the first wheelchair user to receive a Tony nomination.

Ali accepted her award, the highest honor in live theater, on behalf of all kids with disabilities "“This award is for every kid who has a disability, a limitation or a challenge who has been waiting to see themselves represented in this arena,” she said.
