Location: Pennsylvania (Flexible within the state, with regular travel to Philadelphia and Pittsburgh)
Inglis Community Services (ICS) is seeking an inspirational and dynamic leader to serve as its Executive Director. This key role is not just a job; it's a chance to make a substantial impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities and older adults across Pennsylvania.
Your Impact:
As the Executive Director of ICS, you'll lead the operational excellence of 11 community-based programs, supporting a diverse and vibrant community. You'll join the ranks of Inglis House and Inglis Housing Corporation, under the umbrella of the Inglis Foundation, to drive forward the mission we've been passionate about since ICS's establishment in 2021.
What You'll Do:
Provide operational leadership to surpass program and entity-wide goals in alignment with Inglis' core values and objectives.
Uphold and enhance compliance and quality measures, ensuring we meet every regulation, grant, and contract requirement with excellence.
Collaborate with the Chief Strategy Officer to craft a visionary strategic plan and set ambitious business development goals.
Lead quarterly ICS board meetings, engaging board members through financial reporting and program development.
Work closely with the Development Department to secure grants and fundraise for both current operations and future initiatives.
Harness technology like Zoom, Skype for Business, and Microsoft Teams to efficiently manage and facilitate internal and external stakeholder meetings.
Employ a data-driven mindset to inform decisions, utilizing Office 365 for effective communication and organization.
What We're Looking For:
A bachelor's degree (advanced degree in social work, nonprofit management, or public policy/administration highly desired).
At least 10 years of experience in disability, nonprofit, human services, or healthcare.
A minimum of 5 years in executive or senior leadership roles.
Experience with Medicaid programs, value-based contracting, and Community HealthChoice's.
Proven financial management skills, including budget preparation, process improvement, compliance, quality management, and human resources.
A strong commitment to diversity, inclusiveness, and empowerment.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of stakeholders.
A deep understanding of community needs and the ability to build consensus and collaboration among diverse groups.
Pay Range for this Role: 125k -135k
