The Photo License Tech Coordinator (PLT Coordinator) is responsible for the overseeing the Unique Source Photo License Tech contracts by managing the staffing schedules and compliance with program expectations. This job is expected to perform the required duties with the CES team Monday through Saturday weekly.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
Creates, distributes, and manages the monthly work schedules for all Photo License Tech sites. This includes monitoring hours per employee to ensure working limitations and requests are considered and accommodated and filling shifts when staff call out.
Oversees the compliance of all Photo License Tech sites with the PennDOT rules and regulations. This includes notifying the appropriate people when a problem or mistake occurs and performing regularly scheduled audits of all documentation at each site.
Maintains current and thorough understanding of all program expectations. This position requires the employee to be an expert related to quality and compliance as described by PennDOT and Unique Source across all contracts and communications.
Receives morning check in calls from each site and reports readiness and attendance to Unique Source.
Trains and provides job mentoring to new Photo License Tech staff.
Performs all duties of a Photo License Tech when required to cover open staffing shifts and reduce down time reports.
Manages supply inventory at each Photo License Tech site and communicates needs to Unique Source or CES Director as appropriate.
Ensures all staff consistently abide by best practices of customer service when on site.
Maintains ongoing communication with Community Employment Services Director related to staffing needs, challenges, and accomplishments, as well as program supply needs.
Delivers effective and organized communication with internal and external staff, leaders, and stakeholders by using Microsoft Outlook, and documents work using Microsoft Word and Excel.
Performs tasks delegated by supervisor that are within the scope of managing a high-quality service for customers at PennDOT driver’s license centers.

In addition to the necessary skills and experience to perform the responsibilities outlined above, there are a number of traits that a successful candidate will possess.
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years’ experience as a Photo License Tech within the state of Pennsylvania
Ability to read, understand, and communicate (orally and written), using the English language.
Good customer service skills
Ability and willingness to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to comprehend and carry out written and oral instructions.
Ability to perform general math.
