Project Manager
In partnership with the VP, Chief Compliance Officer, he/she will manage all aspects of several concurrent project activities of varying levels of complexity from initiation to completion. He/she will support all work efforts in the plan that have direct impact in achieving the project goals and established objectives.
The Project Manager will assist to identify and resolve issues with the project sponsor, project team members and consultants as appropriate. He/she will provide administrative and project coordination support to the project team with excellent response and follow-up. Additionally, this position will demonstrate and act as an advocate for the use of project tools and process artifacts to establish and maintain the project library of tools and resources as part of key project deliverables.
All essential job responsibilities will be executed in accordance with Inglis Administrative policies and Compliance/Ethics
guidelines.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS:
• Manage all logistics and scheduling related to the initiation/kick-off through implementation of assigned projects.
• With Project Leads as designated, defines and supports the of scope work and resource allocation for each project.
• Creates project plans and timelines; manages team adherence to these timelines to accomplish stated goals.
• Assists project Team Leads with completing expected project tasks and updating status reports to ensure overall productivity and effective reporting.
• Oversees and contributes to preparation of project presentations and training materials relating to the projects.
• Other project duties as assigned by the VP, Chief Compliance Officer.

• Demonstrates a high level of proficiency in using online project coordination and project management tools to support the daily work – e.g., Microsoft Office, MS Teams, mind mapping software, etc.
• Familiar with/or willing to learn process tools such as Visio to map processes/workflow; able to transcribe process overviews.
• Familiar with/or willing to learn project management tracking tools such as Smartsheet
• Encourages and supports project team members on the appropriate use of online project tools.
ROLE COMPETENCIES
Project Planning/Project Management. Demonstrated understanding of effective planning and use of planning tools to define a project; current and skilled on use of project management tools and methods and the IT requirements to implement.
Supports educating and training project team members in their use.
Project Coordination/Facilitation. Strong facilitation and coordination skills to keep project team members engaged and deliverables on target; experience in supporting complex, multi-department projects with tight timelines.
Communication: Employs effective written and verbal communications to support the project work; builds and maintains friendly, trustworthy and open relationships with project leaders and team members.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s Degree in business or related healthcare field required with a minimum of 3 or more years of proven project management experience on mid-to large scale projects. Project management certification/education a plus.
• Demonstrated use of project management methodology and tools to complete and monitor projects.
• Ability to support diverse project teams to successfully implement / execute complex strategic projects.
• Must possess excellent facilitation, project coordination and follow-up skills.
• Demonstrates ability to interface and communicate effectively with staff and leaders and all other functions in the organization.
• Creates a trusting environment by following through on promises and concerns and establishing mechanisms to follow-up on commitments.
• Demonstrates the ability to understand, interpret and uphold Inglis policies.
